Refund Policy
We have a conditional return policy, which means we do not accept returns/exchanges unless the product is faulty (damaged, defective, wrong color, or wrong order). If there is a mistake with the order, we will do our best to correct it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Support@AbigailJones.shop
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us at Support@AbigailJones.shop with any return questions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like to receive a different product (e.g., purple Protogen instead of blue Protogen) and your order has not yet shipped, please let us know and if we can accommodate your request, we will do so and modify the order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
If your order has not yet shipped and you request a refund, we will refund and cancel the order. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be refunded.
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
